Maderas Golf Club is a parkland style golf course set on a moderately rolling site northeast of San Diego. The golf course was strategically routed to create a mix of uphill and downhill holes while utilizing the natural rock outcroppings, creeks and trees. The course rises and falls nearly 200 vertical feet from start to finish, presenting the golfer spectacular vistas, challenging options and plenty of thrilling shots. Water comes into play on numerous holes by way of Sycamore creek, three lakes, waterfalls, and several smaller natural streams. Although the greens are well sized, their undulations require precise approach shots to have a chance at making birdie.
